Our Chester County office offers our clients the benefits of an established office with strong local ties to community organizations, charities, government and the courts, along with access to the resources of a large, sophisticated firm with a national and international practice.

Since 1990, our Chester County office has been serving the ever-growing legal needs of the entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial businesses that are headquartered in the western suburbs of Philadelphia. More recently, our strategic focus has broadened as our Chester County office has met with increasing success in serving the growing legal needs of regions further west of the office such as Berks and Lancaster counties. The office serves an impressive range of clients, including Fortune 1000 companies, many of this region’s best technology and life science companies, professional service firms, family-owned companies, and individuals.

In the spirit of being good corporate citizens, our firm has recently adopted a “Green” initiative. The crown jewel of this initiative is currently our Chester County office, which relocated within Eagleview Corporate Center in Exton, PA, in November 2006 into 32,000 square feet of a newly constructed office building that has achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in both the Commercial Interiors (CI) and Core and Shell (CS) categories. This is but one example of how this office and Fox continue to strive to be leaders in this region’s business community.
