Our first Delaware office opened on February 1, 2001 in Wilmington. A logical next step in our strategy of steady, continued growth, the move was a complement to our thriving admiralty/maritime law practice and an asset to our current creditors' rights, financial services and business litigation practices. In July 2002, we expanded again, opening a second office in the city. We are now able to offer expanded legal services and capabilities of a full service law firm including corporate, tax and estates, commercial and residential real estate, environmental law, white collar criminal defense, domestic relations and commercial litigation.
