Abby has built a practice representing people from all walks of life, from single mothers to CEOs and entrepreneurs during some of the most difficult times in their lives. She brings a distinct ability to understand and relate to people at the most fundamental level when representing her clients, both inside and outside of the courtroom.
Abby has experience in complex property division and collaborative divorce cases, as well as pre- and post- marital agreements and child support and custody matters. Abby’s background as a commercial litigator serves as a benefit to her clients and while she always strives to resolve matters in the most amicable and efficient manner, she is a skilled advocate in court who gets straight to critical issues and gets results effectively. The breadth of her legal experience, coupled with her dedication to her clients, results in her clients receiving legal representation that helps them secure the outcomes that move their lives and their goals forward.
In 2015, Abby was chosen as one of the Best Lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine. In 2015 and 2016, Abby was included in the list of Texas Super Lawyers published by Texas Monthly Magazine (Thomson Reuters). Before reaching the age of 40, Abby was included six times on the Texas Rising Stars list, also published by Texas Monthly Magazine (Thomson Reuters).

Prior to joining the firm, Abby was the Family Law Practice Leader at David & Goodman, P.C. Following her judicial clerkship, Abby practiced commercial litigation with an AmLaw 100 firm, where she represented clients in complex business matters in trial and appellate courts.
While in law school, Abby was a staff writer for the Arizona State Law Journal. She also was a member of the Arizona State National Moot Court Team.
