Women's Initiative at Fox Rothschild LLP
Fox Rothschild recognizes the benefits of a diverse workforce and is committed to the retention and advancement of qualified women attorneys. Women lawyers at Fox Rothschild sit on the firm’s executive committee, serve as department chairs and practice group leaders and lead numerous firm-wide committees. The Women’s Initiative at Fox Rothschild is dedicated to promoting women attorneys within the firm as well as advancing Fox’s women attorneys in the legal community.
In keeping with its mission statement, the Women’s Initiative at Fox Rothschild offers a comprehensive, firmwide program for women attorneys at the firm. We offer assistance with marketing and networking, mentoring and work/life balance as well as invest resources into the recruitment and career development of women attorneys. Additionally, we are deeply connected to the communities in which we live and work, and our attorneys participate in and contribute to numerous organizations, including those dedicated to women’s interests in particular.
Our Women’s Initiative is comprised of several subcommittees, each focused on a targeted area to help foster and promote the professional development of our women attorneys:
The Leadership Subcommittee supports women attorneys who seek to become firm leaders by identifying opportunities for increased participation by women in leadership positions at the firm.
- Business Development
The Business Development Subcommittee identifies and creates opportunities for collaboration and support geared toward the firm’s high-revenue-generating women attorneys.
The Connectivity Subcommittee helps women attorneys as they seek to achieve success according to their own personal definition, be it to become a firm leader, achieve professional success and/or maintain work/life balance.
The Policy Subcommittee helps establish and foster firm policies to retain and promote qualified women attorneys of all backgrounds to help build an inclusive and diverse working environment. It also seeks to ensure increased flexibility for women attorneys regarding how work gets done and how careers are developed.
