Additionally, we are deeply connected to the communities in which we live and work, and our attorneys participate in and contribute to numerous organizations, including those dedicated to women’s interests in particular.
Our Women’s Initiative is comprised of several subcommittees, each focused on a targeted area to help foster and promote the professional development of our women attorneys:

The Leadership Subcommittee supports women attorneys who seek to become firm leaders by identifying opportunities for increased participation by women in leadership positions at the firm.

The Business Development Subcommittee identifies and creates opportunities for collaboration and support geared toward the firm’s high-revenue-generating women attorneys.
