Adam handles a broad range of business-related litigation matters, with an emphasis on probate litigation. He serves as a chair of the firm’s Probate Litigation Group and previously served as the Managing Partner of the firm’s Warrington office and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Adam represents corporate and individual fiduciaries in estate and fiduciary litigation matters throughout Pennsylvania. He also handles matters involving disputes over estate administration, powers of attorney, guardianships and trusts.
Adam also has extensive experience litigating matters involving sureties, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and commercial lease disputes.
Adam has also represented clients in fidelity and surety matters in Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions. Adam's work has consisted of investigating and analyzing fidelity bond claims, and making recommendations regarding responses to such claims. He has litigated surety bond cases involving both performance and payment bonds on behalf of sureties and contractors. Representative of this work, Adam represented a surety in successfully defending and settling claims that its principal defaulted in the performance of a $2.6 million electrical subcontract for the New York City Transit Authority.

In law school at American University, Adam graduated with highest honors and was inducted as a member of the Washington College of Law Honor Society.
