Alexander’s practice focuses on a range of employment litigation matters. He has experience representing clients in matters related to individual, multi-party and class/collective action employment, wage and hour and fair housing litigation.
Alexander’s previous experience includes:
- Involvement in litigating multi-million dollar wage and hour, employment discrimination, restrictive covenant and trade secret matters
- Numerous cases implicating electronic discovery obligations
Involvement in multiple class/collective action wage and hour and discrimination lawsuits involving 100+ and 1,000+ plaintiffs
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild Alexander served as an associate at a New York-based labor and employment law firm, representing management in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, New York City Commission on Human Rights, and other state and local agencies. Prior to his experiences in New York, Alexander was a summer associate at a Connecticut-based labor and employment firm and also served as an Assistant Area Director for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and Director of Information Technology for the Alicart Restaurant Group.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
While at Hofstra University School of Law, Alexander was a Merit Scholar and the youngest editor-in-chief in the history of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal. He also participated in Mock Trial Competition and was a member of LaLSA.
