Anne assists clients with a wide range of corporate matters, including entity formation, management, growth, acquisitions and transfers.
Before Fox Rothschild
Anne previously served as a summer associate at Fox Rothschild, assisting in due diligence on two large-scale corporate acquisitions and conducting research in the areas of litigation, real estate, tax, rules of professional conduct, securities, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, zoning and land use, child custody, contracts, the False Claims Act, and estates.
While in law school, Anne served as a judicial extern in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Complex Litigation Center, Philadelphia’s mass tort program. She was also a judicial intern to the Honorable Lois H. Goodman of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
In addition, Anne served as the Business and Marketing Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy, for which she published a note discussing the recent growth of parent-trigger laws in state education policy. She was also an intern with the Rutgers Child & Family Advocacy Clinic, representing children in a range of abuse, neglect and immigration, and SSI proceedings. Throughout law school, Anne also served as a volunteer for the Domestic Violence Project, the Financial Literacy Pro Bono Project and was a teaching assistant for Legal Analysis, Research and Writing.
During college, Anne studied abroad in Seville, Spain, where she also served as a volunteer English instructor to children.
