Erin represents clients in all stages of family law litigation.
Before joining Fox Rothschild, Erin was a senior associate at Cutler, Townsend, Tomaio & Newmark, LLC in Morristown, New Jersey. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Charles K. Villaneuva, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Part, Morris County, and the Honorable John J. Harper, Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Part, Morris County.
While attending the University of Baltimore School of Law, Erin received a Certificate of Achievement in Sales and Leases and was a member of the University’s Law Review.
Prior to law school, Erin served as a matrimonial paralegal for a solo practitioner in Baltimore, Maryland (The Law Offices of Sally B. Gold), where she worked throughout law school as a law clerk/paralegal.

This blog provides practical information and useful tips related to such topics as alimony, child support, custody, parenting time, divorce, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, and grandparent visitation.
