Jeffrey has more than 18 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate law handling matters involving real estate acquisition, lending and tax appeals, land use and development, contracts and leasing. 

As co-chair of the firm's Real Estate Tax Appeals Group, Jeffrey devotes a large portion of his practice to helping clients reduce real estate taxes and assessments on their residential and commercial properties in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and numerous other states throughout the country. He has collectively saved his clients millions of dollars in tax savings.

Jeffrey has also been integral to many major real estate transactions over the years, including the development of more than 20 locations throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware for a national drug store chain, in addition to securing loans in excess of $60 million for his diverse real estate clients. 

Jeffrey has guided his clients through complex issues pertaining to tax exemptions, rebates, tenancy and lease agreements and in the process established a track record for doing so in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.  He has also strategically advised clients on zoning and land use issues.

With a vast knowledge of real estate matters, Jeffrey handles the purchase, sale, planning, subdivision, development, construction, operation and financing of office buildings, hotels, shopping and industrial centers, single and multi-unit residential projects and other types of commercial investment residential properties. He also assists clients with all types of commercial transactions, including ground, operating, master, umbrella, financing, leveraged and urban renewal leases, as well as subleases and leasebacks.

In addition, Jeffrey has represented clients — including landlords, tenants, property managers, buyers, sellers, developers and retail stores — in various real estate litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeffrey was a founding member of a prominent New Jersey law firm. He also served as Deptford Township solicitor for two years.

During law school, Jeffrey was a law clerk for the Office of the Prosecutor for Camden County, NJ and the Office of the Prosecutor for Gloucester County in Woodbury, NJ.

Jeffrey also spent time as a judicial intern for the Hon. William Hughes, representative for New Jersey’s Second District.
