Anne practices in all areas of labor and employment law, namely:
- employment litigation, including Employer Practices Liability Insurance defense
- conducting interactive management and employee training, including diversity and non-harassment programs
- conducting one-on-one executive non-harassment counseling
- managing leaves of absence, including leaves under the Family and Medical Leave Act and state laws
- negotiating employment and separation agreements for companies and individuals
- reviewing and drafting employee handbooks
- counseling employers regarding reductions-in-force
- counseling employers and places of public accommodation regarding compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act
- conducting labor audits to review client compliance under statutory and regulatory requirements, including wage and hour compliance
- representing management in union negotiations
Anne participated in the Notre Dame School of Law Summer Study Program in 1989 in London, where she studied E.E.C. law and international trade law. Anne also interned in the Trademarks Department for the Wellcome Trust in London.
Anne’s short fiction has been published by Thema Literary Journal and was awarded Honorable Mention by Byline Magazine. She is an active volunteer in school and community activities and currently is a Swarthmore College Alumni Admissions volunteer.
Anne is Managing Editor for the New Jersey State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Quarterly.
Anne has run the Philadelphia Distance Run and the MORE 1/2 Marathon in New York City.
