As a member of the firm's Labor and Employment Department, Brian's practice focuses on traditional labor matters, with an emphasis on NLRB proceedings and labor arbitrations.
Brian was a Field Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board, Region 22, where he assisted in the enforcement of the National Labor Relations Act by investigating charges of unfair labor practices and processing representation petitions. As a Field Attorney, Brian also acted as a representative of the General Counsel to litigate alleged violations of the National Labor Relations Act before the NLRB and in federal district court.
Brian is an Adjunct Professor at Centenary College where he teaches American Constitutional Law.
