- assisting growth companies in investment banking, accounting, management, private investor, and other critical financing relationships
- negotiating and documenting corporate transactions such as equity and debt financing, acquisitions, joint ventures, and employment compensation and benefit arrangements
- leveraging a company’s intellectual property through licensing, joint venture, or development relationships and establishing distribution channels or similar means

In 2007, Michael was appointed to the board of directors of the Eastern Technology Council, having established himself as one of this region’s leading technology company attorneys. Michael also serves on the Council's Strategic Advisory Board.
In 2009, Michael was appointed to the board of directors of the Chester County Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ).
