Jennifer focuses her practice on all aspects of family law including complex Equitable Distribution matters involving executive compensation and business valuations. She also has extensive trial experience in contested custody matters including matters involving special needs children. In addition to her trial court experience, Jennifer argues in both the New Jersey Appellate Division and New Jersey Supreme Court.
Jennifer's reported decisions include:

- Hughes v.. Hughes, 311 N.J. Super 15 (App. Div. 1998)
- Barr v. Barr, 418 N.J. Super. 518 ( App. Div. 2011)

Jennifer served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrew J. Smithson and the Honorable Wilson Noden of the Mercer County Family Court. In law school, Jennifer was a member of
Seton Hall Legislative Journal and Bureau.

Jennifer’s community activities include membership in:
- Jewish Community Campus Development Council
- Prevention Education, Inc., Resource Development Committee
- Project SARAH Task Force
In 2006, Jennifer was appointed to the Mercer County Commission on the Status of Women, which acts as a liaison among community organizations, associations, and groups working to improve the status of women in Mercer County, New Jersey. She has taught Family Law for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
Jennifer is also the Associate Editor of New Jersey Family Lawyer.
