David serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Family Law Group. His practice involves the complete spectrum of family law issues, including:
- adoptions
- divorce
- child custody
- child support and visitation
- alimony and equitable distribution of marital property
- the preparation of prenuptial agreements
- the tax impact of divorce, valuation of businesses and professional practices, and family planning
David formerly was Chair of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee.
David also contributes to the Pennsylvania Family Law Blog, which provides readers with information on and insight into Pennsylvania Family Law issues, including divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, spousal support, alimony pendente lite, and custody.
