Darren focuses his practice on the representation of management in labor and employment law matters. His representation includes matters such as:
- wrongful discharge
- wage and hour laws
- family medical leave
- compliance with the National Labor Relations Act
- employment discrimination and harassment
Darren also handles commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Darren was a summer associate with Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman, prior to its merger with Fox in 2006. He also held a summer externship with the Federal Public Defender, Middle District of Tennessee (Nashville).
While at Vanderbilt University Law School, Darren was involved with the Jewish Law Students Association and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
