David concentrates on real estate and general commercial litigation, particularly in:

• eminent domain
• real estate litigation
• breach of contract
• trade secrets/unfair competition
• real estate valuation
• representing real estate professionals such as appraisers and brokers
• election/campaign finance law

David’s cases and clients have included:

• part of Fox team that obtained $40 million in condemnation damages from PennDOT
• part of Fox team that obtained more than $18 million in condemnation damages from York County
• condemnation counsel to TravelCenters of America
• condemnation counsel to General Motors in New Jersey
• part of condemnation team for Louisville International Airport runway expansion
• condemnation counsel to school districts and local governments

David’s leadership roles within the firm include:

Before Fox Rothschild

David was the Associate Managing Editor of the Temple Law Review. Prior to law school, David worked in politics and non-profit fundraising, including the successful re-election campaigns of former U.S. Sen. John Heinz and former U.S. Representative R. Lawrence Coughlin.

Additionally, after co-authoring several annual supplements to the Pennsylvania treatise on condemnation law, Snitzer on Eminent Domain Law, David and his colleagues recently co-authored a complete revision to the treatise.

He has also written articles for several publications including those for the Appraisal Institute, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the National Association of Home Builders, the Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities, and the Pennsylvania Planning Association.
