Perry has extensive experience in patent prosecution, litigation, licensing and opinions. He has deep experience in the technical area of electrical and computer-related devices, in which he gained over 17 years of know-how as a computer software engineer for Fortune 500 companies, including Intel Corporation, Central Point Software and Micropolis Corporation.

Prior to joining the firm, Perry was of counsel at Synnestvedt & Lechner, LLP – a boutique intellectual property firm based in Philadelphia and Princeton. Before joining Synnestvedt, Perry practiced law privately at his law practice, Perry M. Fonseca & Associates, P.C. He has additional intellectual property law firm experience at Gibbons P.C., Lerner David Littenberg Krumholz & Mentlik, LLP, and Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan.
Perry has teaching experience at National University in Los Angeles, California, as an adjunct faculty member. He taught undergraduate and graduate-level computer science courses.
