Andrea concentrates her practice in real estate issues. In particular, she handles matters pertaining to:
- land use and zoning
- leasing
- real estate sales and acquisitions
- green building law
Andrea is also a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), a designation earned through the U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Professional Accreditation program by those professionals who have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrea was a corporate restructuring intern with a national law firm in Wilmington, DE, as well as a summer associate with a national law firm in Richmond, VA and a regional law firm in Greensboro, NC.
While at the University of Richmond School of Law, Andrea was a teaching assistant, Legal Research and Writing, and served as Editor-in-Chief of Juris Publici, the University of Richmond School of Law newspaper, as well as the Articles Editor for the University's Law Review.
