As a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, Amit’s practice focuses on commercial and business-related litigation matters with a particular emphasis on securities litigation and legal malpractice. Amit has represented financial services companies in FINRA arbitrations.
Amit also has experience in counseling commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisors.

Amit was a summer associate at Fox Rothschild. During law school, he served on the Domestic Violence Project and as a member of the Rutgers
Journal of Law and Religion.
