Catherine is a management-side employment litigator who represents clients in the full range of employment matters, including:
- discrimination suits (ADAAA, ADEA, FMLA, Title VII, Section 1981)
- wrongful termination suits
- restrictive covenant litigation
- Sarbanes-Oxley Act discrimination complaints
- counseling and litigation avoidance
- regulatory compliance (ADAAA, ADEA, COBRA, FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, OSHA)
- reductions-in-force
Catherine has been lead counsel in a number of reported cases, including:

In addition, Catherine counsels colleges and universities regarding student disability and harassment issues, and represents institutions of higher learning in discrimination litigation.

Before Fox Rothschild
At the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Catherine received the Herman Lazarus Prize for Labor and Employment Law. She was the Editor-in-Chief of the
Comparative Labor Law Journal, in which she published an article about the NAFTA Labor Side Agreements.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Catherine currently serves as Chair for the Board of Trustees of the Women's Law Project. She has lectured at numerous continuing education seminars for human resource professionals and accountants on topics including:
- Americans with Disabilities Act Update and Accommodation Issues
- Managing Leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act
- Responding to Harassment Complaints
