As a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Department, Catherine focuses her practice exclusively on immigration law. Since 1995, she has been representing clients in nearly all types of immigration law matters. Her practice primarily comprises business, health care and academic immigration issues, including the preparing and filing of J-1 waiver applications, nonimmigrant petitions and permanent residence filings.

Before joining Fox, Catherine was counsel in the labor and employment practice group at Spilman Thomas & Battle.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Since 2010, Catherine has served on the Athena Award Program Host Committee (Pittsburgh Chapter). In 2012, she published an interview with the 2011 Athena Award recipient in a special Athena program insert in the Pittsburgh Business Times. In addition, from 1998 to 2003, she was a member of the Asian Women's Institute Steering Committee.
Catherine is also a frequent speaker on a variety of immigration topics.
