Ellie assists clients, including professional artists and business owners, in building, managing and sustaining their brands and continually searching for creative ways to formulate new and strategic multi-media business opportunities in traditional and non-traditional outlets. Her experience as a former brand manager allows her to forecast market trends and identify key target categories and markets in order to set up valuable licensing and business development ventures for clients.
Ellie has worked with worldwide advertising campaigns as well as film and theater productions on intellectual property matters, including permission to use likeness, name and image. She also has experience negotiating, drafting and handling licensing deals in a multitude of categories, including apparel, accessories, paper goods, home décor, mobile applications, life story rights, slot machines, fragrance, snowboards and toys, and has been involved in celebrity valuations involving high-profile dissolutions and infringement.

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Ellie served as in-house counsel for CMG Worldwide, Inc., a premier rights-management company representing more than 300 famous personalities and brands, including Hollywood movie stars and famous musicians. Ellie is also a former legal intern for the California Association of Realtors and Shopzilla.
