Matthew W. Holt
Matthew focuses his practice on general litigation matters with an emphasis on family law, Orphan's Court litigation and criminal defense matters. Matthew handles issues such as divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, adoptions, pre-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and marital settlement agreements.
Matthew has also represented executors, corporate and individual trustees and charitable beneficiaries. He has represented a wide range of clients in proceedings before the Orphan's Court including will contests, court accountings, cy pres, adoptions, trust reformations and guardianships.
Matthew also has extensive experience handling cases involving a full range of criminal charges.
Before Fox Rothschild
Matthew was a summer associate with the firm in 2006. Prior to that time, he served as a law clerk at the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, Civil Litigation Division, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Matthew also worked as a certified legal intern at the Cumberland County District Attorney's Office, and as a law clerk for the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, Appellate Division.
