Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining the firm, Dick was a partner in the Princeton office of Synnestvedt & Lechner, LLP – a boutique intellectual property firm.

At the beginning of his career, Dick gained experience as a design engineer with the International Equipment Department of Proctor & Gamble, as an examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and as an associate in the Washington office of the international law firm of Baker & McKenzie.

In 1980, after several years as a sole practitioner, he co-founded Matthews, Woodbridge & Collins, P.C., an IP firm that became one of the largest IP firms in New Jersey. In 1997, Dick left to start Woodbridge & Associates, P.C. in order to focus on the Internet, communications and electronic patent needs of businesses in New Jersey.
