Sharon practices in the areas of environmental, construction, real estate, toxic tort, and commercial litigation. She counsels clients in the public, private and nonprofit sectors with issues arising under environmental laws and regulations including:

Sharon's experience also includes:

• Successfully defending a toxic tort action through exclusion of adversary's experts pursuant to a Daubert challenge
• Negotiating, assessing and litigating natural resource damages claims
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals on projects involving wetlands
• Representing consulting and construction firms in contract disputes
• Advising purchasers and sellers in acquisitions and real estate transactions, including counseling on environmental, land use, and title issues
