Susan has extensive experience representing clients in the full range of family law matters in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.
She regularly handles all aspects of divorce, property division, child custody, child support, spousal support, and alimony. Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to obtaining her law degree, Susan completed her M.A. in Forensic Psychology.
While in law school, Susan served as a staff member of the Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Public Policy and Chair of the school’s Honor Board.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Susan is actively involved in a range of pro bono work through such organizations as the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Program, Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and the Support Center for Child Advocates. Through these agencies, she provides pro bono legal representation in family law matters and works with social workers and district attorneys to ensure the well-being of children who have been victims of abuse. She also drafts simple estate planning documents, including wills, powers of attorneys and health powers of attorneys, to first-responders through the Wills for Heroes program. Additionally, she has provided pro bono representation in the Philadelphia Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program to help low income families avoid foreclosure.
Susan is currently in the process of completing her LL.M. in Taxation, with an Estate Planning Certificate, from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
