His experience includes:

  • representing biotech and pharmaceutical companies
  • advising public companies on required disclosures and filings as well as securities compliance
  • representing emerging businesses and growth companies in commercial transactions such as venture capital, other private financing, mergers and acquisitions

Brad also negotiates and documents corporate transactions such as:

  • acquisitions and divestitures
  • equity and debt financing, including public offerings and private placements
