Real Estate Paralegal

Washington, DC

Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in its Washington, DC office for a paralegal in the Real Estate Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial real estate experience.  Proficiency reviewing and analyzing title and survey and experience working with title companies, preparation of closing instruction letters, preparation of closing checklists, familiarity with construction contracts and AIA form documents, loan transactions, reviewing contracts and drafting and reviewing closing documents is required.  Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/HUD transactions is preferred. Must be detail-oriented, possess excellent writing, communication, editing, proof-reading, organizational and computer skills.


Patent Agent

Pittsburgh, PA; West Palm Beach, FL

Fox Rothschild LLP seeks a patent agent having at least 2 years of experience in our Pittsburgh, PA or West Palm Beach, FL office. All candidates must have an Electrical Engineering degree and a license to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). USPTO examining experience or advanced degree preferred. Responsibilities will include a patent prosecution docket, patent application writing, as well as general patent research. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are required, as part of responsibilities also include personal interviews before USPTO examiners and appearances before the Board of Appeals. EOE.

Employment Litigation Paralegal

San Francisco, CA

Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in our San Francisco office for an Employment Litigation Paralegal.  Position responsibilities would involve all aspects of case management, from drafting an Answer through trial preparation, and would include, drafting correspondence, conducting witness interviews, identifying, gathering and organizing relevant documents, managing case dockets, and interacting with clients.  The ideal candidate will have knowledge of document review platforms such as Relativity, West Case Notebook and be able to cite check blue book and California style manual.  Professional manner, ability to work well with high profile clients and the ability to assume responsibility for managing a substantial caseload are essential components of the position.  The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, writing, communication and organization skills and have the ability to work over-time as needed. Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or paralegal certificate or 10 years of comparable work experience preferred.  Fox Rothschild LLP is an EEOC employer.
