Corporate Paralegal

Blue Bell, PA

Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Blue Bell, PA office for a Corporate Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a business paralegal and will be able to assist attorneys in the maintenance and preparation of corporate books and records and in all aspects of business formation, maintenance and termination; financing transactions, business transactions and real estate transactions, and preparation of documents/forms necessary to comply with federal, state and local regulations in the conduct of business activities. The ideal candidate will also have experience working directly with attorneys and clients during closings and in the course of transactions. Professional manner, strong organizational skills, and ability to work well with clients is a must. Affirmative Action Plan Paralegal / Administrator

Roseland, NJ

Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Roseland, NJ office for an Affirmative Action Plan Paralegal/Administrator.  The position requires strong knowledge of OFCCP regulations, and experience in preparing  Affirmative Action Plans as well as assisting clients with submissions in response to OFCCP audits.  Experience preparing VETS 4212 and EEO-1 reports is preferred. Must be detail oriented, skilled at math and be able to effectively communicate and work well with clients.  Ability to work concurrently on a variety of projects with minimal supervision in order to meet client demands. Experience in Peoplefluent Software and Excel is required.  EOE.

FDA Compliance Paralegal

Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the New York office for a FDA Compliance Paralegal.  The position requires general maintenance, such as preparing, assembling, organizing, updating, and preserving regulatory documents, submissions, and records. Organize, analyze, and validate relevant information. Build and maintain databases and files. Research and apply knowledge of legal, regulatory, and procedural developments that affect the department. Participate in other projects, as needed. Applicants are preferred to have a Bachelor's Degree with a focus in the area of the Sciences with a combination of large law firm and in-house experience. Experience in FDA and other applicable regulations preferred. Discretion in safeguarding company confidential information. Proven track record of accurate and detailed work. Excellent proofreading and online research skills. The ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
