Caroline is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience in trials, investigations, policy and strategy management acquired during a 14-year career as a prosecutor.
A high-energy strategic thinker and strong communicator, Caroline is known for being innovative, creative and organized. As a senior managing attorney in the District Attorney's Office, she was regularly recruited for high-level leadership positions coordinating strategic multi-agency initiatives such as the Gun Violence Task Force, a partnership with the Pennsylvania State Attorney General's Office.
Before Fox Rothschild
Before joining Fox Rothschild, Caroline held multiple posts in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. In 2012, she became the youngest assistant district attorney appointed as a unit chief. As senior managing attorney, she later served simultaneously as chief of both the Gun Violence Task Force and Violence Crime Strategies Unit.
Before becoming a lawyer, Caroline interned for the Maryland Office of the Lieutenant Governor, for a bankruptcy law firm in Baltimore and for MBNA America Bank, now owned by Bank of America.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Caroline frequently speaks on policy and strategy development and conducts CLE presentations and trainings. She also serves as a guest lecturer at several Philadelphia universities and law schools.
