Christian's technology-focused practice primarily centers on the life sciences and software development industries. Christian serves as outside general counsel to both established and start-up life sciences companies, including medical device designers, medical device manufacturers, and nanotechnology research companies.
In addition, Christian maintains a national commercial litigation practice, with particular emphasis on suits involving trade secret misappropriation, business torts, fair housing issues, business divorces and securities disputes, product liability defense, post-employment restrictive covenant disputes, Title VII defense, and other employment related matters.
A member of the International Game Developers Association, Christian also provides guidance on copyright, trademark and trade secret issues, licensing, privacy, confidential information and internet issues, as well as dispute resolution, to software developers and publishers, and others involved in the interactive entertainment industry.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to law school, Christian was a registered representative with a Philadelphia area mutual fund company and obtained his Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses. While in law school, he was an intern to the Honorable Mary France, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and served as Senior Comments Editor for the Journal of American Arbitration. Christian was also a summer associate with the firm in 2006.

Christian is an author of the firm's Fair Housing Defense Blog, which offers discussion and insight on FHA compliance and other areas of interests to apartment owners and management companies as well as professional management employees.
