Colleen handles a wide range of corporate matters, including entity formation, management, growth, acquisitions, transfers and business succession planning. Colleen assists and advises clients on general corporate matters from formation to exit. She regularly negotiates and drafts documents relating to entity formation, financing strategies, corporate governance and acquisitions.
Colleen also represents both lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions. She has experience representing financial institutions in the negotiation, due diligence and preparation of loan documents.
Additionally, as part of the firm’s Public Finance Practice, Colleen represents school districts and municipalities throughout Pennsylvania in tax-exempt and taxable bond financing transactions, including refinancing and new money issues. She also has experience representing local government units and authorities, nonprofit organizations and school districts in financings that involve the various responsibilities of bond, borrower's and underwriter's counsel.
Before Fox Rothschild
Colleen was a summer associate at Fox Rothschild, where she assisted with corporate, real estate and employment law matters.
During law school, Colleen served as the Technology Editor for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, where she published a comment discussing rising sea levels and the legal implications of the loss of coastal land. Colleen also served as a student attorney in the Villanova Federal Tax Clinic, a teaching assistant for the legal writing program and the President of the International Law Society.
