Corinne is a trial attorney who regularly appears before New Jersey state and federal courts and the State of New Jersey’s Office of Administrative Law. Corinne manages and participates in litigation arising from complex business transactions, multi-party actions, estate and family matters, intellectual property disputes and constitutional challenges as both lead and local counsel.

Corinne also has extensive experience in appellate matters, having represented clients on appeal in cases concerning business disputes, criminal defense matters, municipal appeals, administrative and regulatory appeals and family law matters.
Corinne represents clients in various industries, including the pharmaceutical, oil, transportation, real estate, construction, commercial banking, legal services, insurance and funeral services industries, in all aspects of litigation, appeal and administrative action.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Corinne was an associate at an East-coast based law firm, where she was a member of the firm’s Associates Committee, Technology Committee and Cybersecurity Committee. She also previously worked as a judicial clerk from 2008 to 2011 for the Honorable Garrett E. Brown, Jr., Chief Judge in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and from 2007 to 2008 as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
While in law school, Corinne held a number of internships, including interning in the United States Attorney’s Office and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, Appellate Section, as well as for the Honorable Thomas R. Vena in the Superior Court, Essex County, Criminal Division and the Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. Additionally, Corinne was an intern with Seton Hall University School of Law’s Juvenile Justice Clinic, where she appeared in family court in defense of juvenile offenders. She was chair of the school’s Public Interest Auction and served as senior notes editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Corinne is very active in New Jersey’s legal community. Corinne currently serves as the Vice-Chair for the Federal Practice and Procedure Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association; Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey; and as a Trustee for Trial Attorneys of New Jersey (TANJ). Corinne is also a Lead Barrister of the Lifland Inn of Court, a federal practice and intellectual property Inn. In addition, she is a former Trustee of the Women in the Profession Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association (WIPS).
Corinne is also dedicated to her Jersey Shore community, serving on the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee of the Monmouth County Bar Association and on the Board of Directors of the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce.
