Craig solves business problems, successfully representing a variety of clients in matters involving:

  • shareholder disputes
  • real estate
  • insurance coverage
  • probate litigation
  • complex business litigation

He also represents clients with employment issues, including:

  • restrictive covenants
  • misappropriation of trade secrets
  • breach of employment agreements
  • unfair business practices

Within the firm, Craig served as Administrative Chair of the Litigation Department in the Exton office, and as a member of the firm's Partnership Advancement Committee.

In law school, Craig was a member of the Law Review and was honored academically with the American Jurisprudence Award - Contracts II.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Craig is a frequent speaker to business groups on current topics including restrictive covenants, protection of trade secrets and confidential information, and shareholder disputes. A lifelong resident of Chester County, Craig is active in many community and professional organizations, serving on the boards of the Chester County Bar Association (Past President), the Executive Committee of the Chester County Economic Development Council, the Chester County Chamber Foundation and Widener University School of Law. He previously served on the boards of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry, and his local youth organization.
