Daniela represents clients in a wide variety of immigration matters, including family based petitions, applications for permanent residence, asylum, I-601 waivers of inadmissibility and naturalization. She also regularly prepares various nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including E, H and L visas, EB-5 investor visas and related Requests for Evidence.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Daniela was an attorney at a Florida-based immigration law firm.
While in law school, Daniela was a law clerk at an international immigration law firm and a legal intern at the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Southern Legal Counsel. She also served as a certified legal intern with the Gator TeamChild Juvenile Law Clinic, a research assistant for Professor Berta Hernandez-Truyol and an editor of the Florida Journal of International Law.
Before entering the practice of law, she was a development and communications specialist at Americans for Immigrant Justice.
