Drafting Effective Social Media Policies

November 1, 2011
Fox Rothschild LLP

12 to 1:30 p.m. ET
9 to 10:30 a.m. PT

The attorneys in Fox Rothschild's Labor and Employment Department invite you to join us for this upcoming CLE Training Program for in-house counsel. Recent court cases and NLRB action have placed scrutiny on employers' social medial policies. Employers must consider the potential liability that comes with the company's and employees' use of social networking media and the regulation of such social media. Learn about legal restrictions on monitoring employees' use of social media and whether your company can and should actively monitor employee communications. We'll also analyze recent NLRB opinions on social media policies.
