EB-5 Financing – Not Just an Immigration Program
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor program allows a person, with qualifying immediate family members, to obtain permanent resident (green card) status by investing in a new U.S. commercial enterprise, and creating or saving 10 full time U.S. jobs.
This presentation will provide an overview of the EB-5 Program, and explain how it interacts with different legal practices beyond immigration, such as real estate, finance, corporate/securities, tax, government affairs and international law.
The presenter will also discuss how public and private projects can benefit by including EB-5 financing in their capital stack, reducing their cost of capital and creating jobs, such as real estate developments, infrastructure, franchising, hospitality and healthcare. Finally, the presentation will address the different representation models, including individual investors, developers, regional centers and public entities that could take advantage of the EB-5 Program.

Please note that the program will take place LIVE in the New York office, but will be available through video conference in all of Fox Rothschild's offices, excluding Stamford.
