The attorneys in Fox Rothschild's Labor and Employment Department invite you to join them for this complimentary CLE program for in-house counsel.We willhighlight the basicsof different visa types and how to identify suitable candidates for each. Our presenters will discuss the coverage of visas for investors, students, professionals and employees of multinational companies, among others, and explain the difference between limited visas and permanent residency (i.e., green cards). Attendees will also learn about the process of acquiring permanent residency through investment or an employer and gain a better understanding of timeframes, common pitfalls and solutions.

Our CLE programs feature a range of topics and highlight the laws and court and agency decisions that most impact the practice of labor and employment law. For your convenience, all programs will be available either live or via video conference in all Fox Rothschild offices, so you can participate at the location nearest you.
