This seminar is designed to provide in-depth coverage of the current legal, regulatory and ethical issues confronting both commercial and Native American gaming. Attorneys, compliance officers, Native American leaders, regulators and legislators will gain insights into the trends, obstacles and opportunities in the gaming industry.

Gaming attorneys face unique ethical issues on a daily basis when counseling gaming clients on reporting to and dealing with state regulators. Using a practical case study approach, the panel will address the ethical challenges and pitfalls of a typical gaming practice, including disclosures of client confidences and conflict issues.
