Join us for an overview of the Code of Professional Responsibility, which governs the conduct of patent agents, attorneys and other persons practicing before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. We'll review the disciplinary rules and provide examples of conduct subject to discipline, as well as highlight the investigations and proceedings conducted and sanctions imposed by the Office of Enrollment and Discipline.
