Morris County Society for Human Resource Management ("SHRM") Monthly Chapter Meeting will cover the elements of a successful workplace wellness program and examine the current trends and best practices. It will also dissect the current provision in the pending healthcare reform legislation that offers tax incentives to companies who implement wellness initiatives and what it could mean to an organization.
