The athletic talent of the Black community fuels a $500 billion per year sports industry. The creative music genius of our young people fuels the $125 billion per year music industry. The top-10 richest Blacks, with a combined net worth in excess of $20 billion, all come from sports and entertainment. Can this success be leveraged to create jobs and fuel economic growth in the Black community where 5.0 million of the nation's 5.8 million minority-owned businesses have no paid employees?
