December 6, 2012
12 p.m. - 1 p.m .

Hosted By: Fox Rothschild
Fox Rothschild Office, Princeton
Princeton , New Jersey USA

The threat of foreign cyber-attacks is on the uptick, and government regulators, including the U.S. Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission, are responding by providing funding and regulatory guidance to help stop the importing of counterfeit goods, the theft of technology and the hacking of computers at American businesses, among other things.

Join Fox Rothschild attorneys Gerard P. Norton, Ernest E. BadwayPhilip L. Hinerman and Christopher R. Kinkade for this seminar aimed at both in-house and outside counsel. Gerry, Ernie, Phil and Chris will discuss the ever-expanding boundaries in protecting intellectual property from cybercrime and provide an overview of existing cyber dangers as well as regulatory efforts to protect intellectual property and cyber-systems. They will also highlight policies and procedures designed to prevent intrusion and theft as well as offer best practices on implementing effective responses to cyber-attacks that can help minimize damage to a company's bottom line in the event of an incident.

This program will be presented in the Fox Rothschild Princeton office and simulcast in all other offices.
