Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Volunteer Training

Jane E. Lessner, a partner with Fox Rothschild LLP, will speak at the SeniorLAW Center’s 2008 Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Volunteer Training seminar. The training, which is directed to attorneys, will take place on February 26, 2008, from 12:00 – 2:15 p.m. at 1735 Market Street.
Lessner will be joined by Brian Krase, an attorney for the SeniorLAW Center. The presentation offers attending attorneys 2 CLE credits, and is free for those who take a SeniorLAW Center custody case pro bono.
Lessner focuses her practice on domestic relations matters, including adoptions, divorces, child custody and visitation, support, alimony, property distribution, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She also has extensive experience regarding issues related to surrogacy arrangements. Lessner is a frequent presenter of CLE programs on custody and family law issues. She formerly served on the board of directors of the SeniorLAW Center.
