Karl A. Romberger, Jr. of Fox Rothschild to Speak at PA Council for Exceptional Children Conference

Karl A. Romberger, Jr., an attorney with Fox Rothschild LLP, will speak at the Pennsylvania Association Council for Exceptional Children’s 48th Annual Convention. The conference, entitled “High Quality Learning: Keystones for Success,” will be held on November 1-2, 2007, at the Harrisburg-Hershey Holiday Inn in Grantville, PA.

Romberger will participate in a session called “Due Process Hearings.” Additional sessions include topics on assessment, literacy, highly qualified, early intervention, instructional strategies, assistive technology, behavior management, positive behavior supports, inclusion, differentiated instruction, co-teaching, and more.

Romberger practices in the area of labor and employment, particularly representing schools in issues regarding general education, disabilities, civil rights matters, and administrative hearings and appeals. He also has developed and presented further education seminars for education and special education law, including IEP development, due process hearings, and Section 504 student accommodations.
