“Healthcare Reform: Meeting the Challenge” Conference of the New Jersey chapter of the Health Care Financial Management Association (NJ HFMA)

Litten and Oscislawski will highlight the substantive changes to HIPAA privacy and security rules as part of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH Act) that was passed with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 in February. Their presentation will focus on potential funding sources, CCHIT certification and becoming a “Meaningful EHR User,” as well as privacy and security changes.
