Hot Button Issues in Employment Law
New York, NY
Carolyn D. Richmond, co-chair of the Hospitality Practice group at Fox Rothschild LLP, will discuss a range of recent and significant developments and issues in employment law, with which in-house practitioners and the outside lawyers who counsel them should be familiar. Topics will include:
• Staying compliant with the New York Wage Theft Prevention Act;
• The use and usefulness of class action waivers; and
• Avoiding and mitigating sexual harassment liability.
The event will begin with a networking session and refreshments at 7:00 PM. The CLE portion will start at 7:30 and end at 8:30. For CLE compliance purposes, call breaks/meals must be separate from program content.
