Jeffrey T. Sultanik of Fox Rothschild to Speak at PASPA 2009 Annual Conference
Jeffrey T. Sultanik, Chair of the Education Law Group of Fox Rothschild LLP, will speak at the Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators’ (PASPA) 2009 Annual Conference. The Conference will be held on February 25-27, 2009, at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey Hotel.
Sultanik, who is also president of the School Solicitors Association, will present “January 1, 2009, Open Records Law Changes – Are You Compliant?” Teri Henning, general counsel for the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association will co-present. The discussion will be a point-counterpoint look at districts’ obligations in addressing the public records right to know regulations.
Sultanik, who resides in Fox Rothschild’s Blue Bell office, concentrates his practice in personnel and labor relations for municipal and school entities. He represents many school entities as School Solicitor. He also has broad experience in the private sector, representing companies of all sizes with union organizational campaigns and labor negotiations.
A sought-after speaker and author, Sultanik has authored more than 130 articles on education and labor law. A frequent media source for these issues, he has appeared on NBC 10 and local affiliates for CBS, ABC and FOX. He has been cited in The New York Times, USA Today, The Washington Post, the Philadelphia Business Journal, The Legal Intelligencer, the Philadelphia Inquirer, the American School Board Journal and the National School Boards Associations’ Inquiry and Analysis.
