This primer on the most common NLRA issues will benefit labor and non-labor employment lawyers alike. This 2.0 credit CLE program will address recent developments, such as the NLRB's posting requirement, the interplay between NLRA law and social media postings and new/proposed legislation and will allow for a dialogue with the distinguished panel.
