A Panel Discussion consisting of:

Aliya Khaydarova, an investment professional at Inverness Graham Investments (a leading local private equity shop) will represent the financial buyer’s perspective on technology-oriented manufacturing investments;

Thomas Coffey, a GPSEG member who runs his own advisory business (which has advised on successful M&A engagements), and formerly was a senior executive in the IT industry as well as a partner at a leading accounting firm, will represent the intermediary’s perspective on technology transactions;

Gerard Norton, Ph.D., Esq., who manages Fox Rothschild’s IP (Intellectual Property) practice area (and co-manages their Life Sciences practice area) and has a Ph.D. in biomedical sciences (which lead to a position as a bench chemist at Merck where he also did his post-doctoral research), will present the issues associated with IP due diligence from the strategic buyer’s perspective.
