Let’s Keep It a Secret – Protecting, Valuing and Licensing Trade Secrets

June 6, 2013
Cornell Club6 East 4th Street
New York, NY

6 to 8 p.m.

In today's electronic age, trade secrets have evolved far beyond the secret recipe in the company vault. Trade secrets are now critical intangible business assets in every area of technology. As courts restrict patent eligibility for inventions ranging from software to medical diagnostic methods, trade secret protection has become an attractive option for more types of discoveries.

Our panel will discuss factors in monetizing trade secrets, including protection, valuation considerations and licensing strategies. The discussion will also involve related IP issues and the management of other intangible assets.
